Who do you use to ship?
We primarily use UPS within the continental United States, our orders in Canada go through Canada Post. We also utilize USPS.
Why is shipping so expensive?
Unfortunately we do not control the rates provided by UPS and USPS. Our sodas are heavy and fragile, so we have to make sure they are packed safely in a box in order to prevent damages. This adds to the weight of the package and can make it costly to

Do you ship internationally?
We can ship to Canada and USA. Unfortunately no where else at this time.
How do you ship cases of soda?
All cases are packaged in a thick brown cardboard box, with Jones Soda on the side. Our boxes and inserts are custom designed to protect against breakage. During the warmer months, we use cardboard inserts that stablize your bottles in transport. Dur

No, orders are currently shipping from our fulfillment facility.
Do you ship your bottles with soda bottle carriers?
We do not offer any carriers, unless specified on the product listing. Soda comes shipped in cardboard box.
How do you determine your shipping costs?
Our shipping costs vary depending on where it's going and if you need it expedited. They also go towards packaging and your tracking number, ensuring your delicious (heavy!) glass-bottled sodas are delivered safely and securely. Free Shipping availab
What do I do if the carrier says my package was delivered, but I cannot locate it?
Please wait 24 hours after they says your package is delivered and see if they deliver it after then. Sometimes the alerts beat the delivery driver and they will deliver your package later in the day. If after 24 hours you cannot find your package st
