What do I do if the carrier says my package was delivered, but I cannot locate it?Updated 2 months ago

Please wait 24 hours after they says your package is delivered and see if they deliver it after then. Sometimes the alerts beat the delivery driver and they will deliver your package later in the day. If after 24 hours you cannot find your package still, please contact [email protected] for next steps. This will need to be done within 60 days of the "delivery" date. This will allow us to open an investigation with UPS to locate the package. From there we can determine if a reshipment or refund is needed. If we are contacted after the 60 days, we will not be able to offer you anything/
