Can I get my custom soda in less than 7-10 business days?

Can I use either black and white or color photos?
You can choose either Black and White or Color.
What kind of photo should I upload for my custom label?
Most images turn out great! If you want some specifics for maximum label-age: The maximum available area is 2 3/8 by 1 3/4, though your image may take up less than that, depending on the orientation and HxW ratio. We accept only JPEG photo files. If

No, we can only support text on the back label.
Can you send just the labels or blank bottles?
Due to FDA regulation, we cannot send just labels or blank bottles. Both of these leave Jones liable.
Can I get a custom label with just my logo, not Jones Soda's logo?
Nope! These are not the custom labeled sodas you're looking for.
Can I change my custom order once it has been submitted?
If it's within 24 hours of purchase, we should be able to edit your order. After that there is no guarantee we will be able to edit. Make sure to email [email protected]
Can I have different photos/flavors in the same case?
Unfortunately, no. You can order multiple packs with different images, but each pack has to have 1 image.
How much text can I fit on the back of the label?
300 Characters. The text will turn red when you have hit the limit.
Does your text support both Spanish and French text?
Yes, we can print in different languages and support the appropriate punctuation. That being said, we absolutely cannot support emojis – including smiley faces and hearts.
Can custom MyJones bottles be submerged in ice or water?
Our custom labels are completely waterproof.
How do I access my older/previous custom orders?

Will you photoshop my photo or edit/spell check my custom order after I send it in?
If an error compromises the label and we can catch it in time before it goes to print, we will try to contact you. Otherwise, what you request is exactly what we will print! Double check your order before you send it in! And then, maybe triple check
Can I have a custom order with photos of my favorite movie/tv show/comic book celebrity on my label?
We unfortunately cannot print any custom orders with copyrighted images that you do not own – including your FAVs.
I picked 3-Day shipping for my custom order, will my order be delivered in 3 days?
Don't forget about the production period! We require 7-10 business days in order to produce your custom product.
Can I cancel my custom order?
Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund.
Can I use emojis?
Our forms cannot support emojis at this time and the use of emojis could disrupt the text.
