Can you change the shipping address for my order?

You can change your address if you catch us before the package ships. If we have to change the address to a different state, you may have to pay a difference in shipping cost.

Can I change my custom order once it has been submitted?

If it's within 24 hours of purchase, we should be able to edit your order. After that there is no guarantee we will be able to edit. Make sure to email [email protected]

For Jones regular bottled orders you can cancel your order up until it ships and still receive a full refund. Once it ships, we cannot cancel and offer a full refund.For Custom Jones, you may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order and receive a
